Review: I loved this dress. Technically, I need a petite size but those don’t really exist on Amazon. The shoulder straps were a little big because I’m short. Wish I had a way to adjust that, but otherwise it was great. I thought this dress was very good quality for the price.It has built in cups and lots of seams, giving a great hourglass shape. Mermaid doesn’t disappoint when you want to show curves.At 5’1” it was too long. I was able to carefully cut off 3” at the bottom and wore 3” heels and it was perfect. I got SO many compliments on this dress. I hope to have another event to wear it to!

Title: Surprisingly great
Review: Comfortable, well-made, pretty, flattering and actually fits my 36F chest and hides regular bra straps. I did remove the bra cups with a seam ripper (they are sewn in).I’d say this runs a little small compared to most xls. It’s really fitted. I’m mostly wearing Larges and this XL fits perfectly.

Title: zipper split
Review: My daughter bought this dress for her prom. She loved the dress and it fit her perfectly!However, after getting and leaving for the event, the zipper split WIDE open (as seen in photo). The zipper was stuck a couple inches from the top and would not budge. We had to pin the dress closed, so she could attend her prom. HUGE DISSAPPOINTMENT!!!

Title: Pretty but Flimsy
Review: I wanted to love this dress and it did the trick for a gala event but not without complications, which may have been amplified by my body type, which is large around the midsection and rear. The dress is nearly weightless and incredibly stretchy with almost no integrity. This caused the inner layer/liner to ride up all night. I was expecting the dress to be a little longer but fell at the top of my feet (without the liner riding up), leaving it a little short with heels. For reference, I’m 5”7’. I generally wear a size large/XL, 12/14, depending on brand and fit. This fit but was almost too big. Because neither layer of fabric is very substantial, it will show everything. I suggest very heavy duty shapewear for those who are self-conscious. One benefit is that you can wear a normal bra easily. I see complaints about the sequins being scratchy but I didn’t experience this at all. It is very pretty and fits the aesthetic of a gala well but I don’t think I had the right body type to feel confident due to the flimsiness of the dress. I did receive many compliments but there are probably better made dresses fit not substantially much more money. Despite the my complaints, the dress did not have any holes or flaws and I ended the night without snags or missing sequins.

Title: Nice dress, but you’ll have to shorten it if you’re shorter than 6 feet
Review: I bought this dress for a formal I was going to. The dress was very nice, and I actually may have preferred it over the one I purchased, but it was way too long! I’m about 5’6″ and there was no question, I would have had to have the length taken in no mater how high the shoe I was going to wear. I ended up returning it simply because I didn’t have the time, nor the desire to have it shortened. Otherwise it would have been a keeper. Comfortable, attractive, complimentary and you can’t beat the price.

Review: Wow! Perfect fit! Has a nice weight to it and feels like a good quality. Very flattering and sexy. Love this dress. I bought 5 different dresses to try on for an event and this is the top contender while I wait for my last 2 to show up. May have to keep it anyway thought! I love it!

Title: Not flattering on short frames
Review: I was really excited for this dress but was ultimately disappointed with the fit. I’m 5’2″ 125-130lbs and it made me look pregnant. It was not a flattering fit for shorter women or semi-curvy figures. Quality was nice, color was very pretty but you’d need to be tall & thin to fit this dress as the designer expected it to be worn.

Review: Love this dress! It’s very eye catching and high quality. I found it very comfortable, however my arms were a tad chaffed at the end of the night from rubbing against the sequins. My only complaint, I got a size small and it was large in the top. I have a 33in bust and it was roomy even with a padded bra.
